Jordan + Brandon Engagement | Spring Creek Park
On the Sunday after Andrew and Jessie's wedding, we met up with Jordan and Brandon at Spring Creek Park in State College, PA. On our drive to the park, Catherine and I discussed their engagement shoot plan, and HOPED that Jordan and Brandon would be game to go in the tall grass and water. Knowing Jordan and Brandon, I should have known they would be excited to do both!
I have known Jordan and Brandon since elementary school and high school. They are one of those couples that I look back at and have a hard time remembering when they weren't a couple. And even though they have been together for over 10 YEARS, they are just as in love now as they were in the beginning. This was something I could tell throughout their whole session. With every pose came so many laughs from these two. They really filled the whole session with joy. Even I was cheesin' BIG from behind the camera!
After they finished in the tall grass, we headed to meet their friend, Catherine, who was meeting us with their pups! But not before we took some pictures in this amazing field!
How beautiful is Jordan?! That black and white gives me chills!! Such a stunning human, inside and out!
Then, it was time for a quick outfit change and pictures with their two dogs, Daisy and Chloe!
I loved these custom signs! Jordan had the dogs practice wearing them the day before the shoot! It worked out perfectly! Chloe and Daisy didn't seem to mind their signs a at all!
Huge shoutout to Catherine Black for meeting us at the park with the dogs and taking care of them while we did Jordan and Brandon's shoot! It was so great seeing you, love! Good luck with the busy bartending season and your Real Estate license!
As I mentioned, I shouldn't have been surprised that Jordan and Brandon were willing to play in the creek. These two are always outside, adventuring together! Brandon even bought Chaco shoes for the occasion!
I'll be honest, I knew that Jordan would nail this session. We helped her update her headshots a while back and she's still just as photogenic! But Brandon blew us out of the water too! I never knew he'd be such a natural in front of the camera! The two of them together were so stunning, and even more fun to photograph. We feel so blessed to have left their engagement session smiling from ear to ear, and talking about how amazing of a couple they are. Thank you, Jordan and Brandon for a session full of joy and love! We can't wait for your wedding next year!! I TOTALLY FREAKING LOVE YOU BOTH!
