Andrew + Jessie Wedding Photos and Highlight Film | Rusty Rail Brewing Co.

My earliest memories of Andrew probably go back to elementary school when his sister Maddie and I would sneak into his room to see his scary snake or attempt to learn his original song about Gnocchi. Having Maddie as a best friend meant I had the honor of growing up with the Marshalls (which included: long trampoline sessions, riding in their Uncle’s catering van equipped with the coolest bean bag seats, playing guitar hero in the basement, ski trips, etc.). Andrew was always the funny and friendly older brother. When I played football with him in 4th grade, he was the 6th grader that all the other teammates loved, and wanted to be friends with. That remains true today. As many of their guests said, Andrew gets along with everyone he meets.

I met Jessie in high school. We had study hall together our freshman year and she dubbed me her “pre-wrap goddess”. I had never met someone more outgoing or friendly. Plus, she was bold. Jessie never seemed too afraid or timid to talk to any of the upperclassmen. Once she asked a sophomore boy that no one knew, to take a picture with me (I KNOW, GASP!). He and I coincidentally matched and although I didn’t want to miss the photo op, I was far too awkward and nervous to ask him for myself. To this day, Jessie still knows how to make me laugh and smile on the regular!

Although Maddie and Jessie cheered together since the beginning of High School, Andrew and Jessie’s pathways didn’t cross until a few years later, at a YMCA Roller Hockey Game. Following the game, everyone headed to Champs for $1 Nacho Night. I think that everyone at this wedding would agree that we are SO happy that Andrew decided to sit next to that beautiful brown-haired girl, after the roller hockey game.

This wedding was overflowing with joy for these two. Everyone was so excited and incredibly supportive of this marriage. What an amazing reflection of Andrew, Jessie and their families. From the Penn State chants during the bridal party's hair and make up, to the attendants applauding throughout the ceremony, to the groomsmen hoisting up Andrew up like a prize-winning fish during photos, and finally, the rowdy dance floor, knowing these two and their many loved ones, nothing could stop this wedding from being one joyful celebration. We were truly honored to have the opportunity to capture it. Enjoy their highlight video and photos below!

The people at Rusty Rail Brewing Company were extremely helpful in making sure the day went smoothly! Special shoutout to Elyssa and Roxanne for making sure we had all we needed for our videography and photography needs! We really appreciate you ladies and your wonderful team!

Upon walking into the ceremony hall, guests were welcomed by the beautiful scent and decoration of fresh roses. Amazing work by Daniel Vaughn Designs!

I always love the recession! The moment that the couple takes their first steps together as husband and wife is so joyful! Even more, I love the moment they share right after that! These two were so excited to finally be married! Jessie kissed her husband and then excitedly asked him, "Do you feel married?!"

After family portraits, we headed outside with the most amazing wedding party!

Don't they look like they belong in a magazine?!

Jason of Nittany Entertainment led one heck of a dollar dance! So many people crowded Jessie in the circle, it made it nearly impossible for Andrew to get his wife!

Thank you to this amazing team of wedding vendors who made our job so much more enjoyable, and kept the day running smoothly! We really appreciate you all!
