Jordyn's 6 Month Photos | At-Home Session, Pittsburgh, PA

Evan has officially been working from home for 10 months, Let me rephrase that, I have been listening to Evan's meetings for 10 months. If you don't know, Evan works as a petroleum engineer. This means, his meetings are about.... well things that I can't even explain if I tried. BUT about 2 months ago, his meetings began having a new component that I didn't know would bring me SO MUCH JOY. It was a scream. The scream of a baby coming from his coworker's house!

Wade and Moriah had their little girl, Jordyn about 6 months ago. It was a little after Wade helped us buy our house (yes, he also is a real-estate agent in addition to an engineer, barber, gym owner, contractor, and father). After Evan asked Wade if he was taking Moriah out for a steak dinner after our sale, Wade nonchalantly said, "No, she cant' have red meat." He left it at that. Evan and I looked at each other for a second before I asked if she was a vegetarian. To which Wade replied, "No, she's pregnant. She's actually due in a few weeks." I think our freak-out spooked the seller's agent. The mortgage lender had to wait a minute for us regain our composure before we could start signing again.

We were so excited, and couldn't wait to see Wade and Moriah become parents! We learned of Jordyn's arrival a few weeks later, and 2 months ago, I finally got to hear her! Evan told Wade about how excited we were to hear her over their video meetings, and let us video chat her! When I didn't think life could get much sweeter, we got to meet her for her 6-month session! Meet Jordyn!

My mom always told me that a baby is a reflection of their parents. Luckily for this family, Wade and Moriah's calm and carefree attitudes shine through this little girl!

I think the best part of meeting Jordyn for the first time was not only having the chance to play with her, but having the opportunity to watch our friends love and care for her! Wade and Moriah are such natural parents. Seeing the joy this little girl gives them warmed our hearts! They are amazing parents!
